Characteristic, stone-built, semi-detached villa, in typical Sardinian style, set inside a residential area, built on the side of a hill. Panoramic and peaceful position with views of the marine park and the Tavolara and Molara islands. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation (myrtle, lentisk, cistus) and 300 m from the sea which can be reached by going downhill along an alley that leads to a small sandy beach and rocky shore. DISTANCES: 3.5 km Montipitrosu (grocery shops), 8 km Porto S. Paolo (all kinds of shops), 10 km S. Teodoro with its splendid beaches of the Isuledda and the Cinta (a white strip of sand that divides the crystal clear water in two), 20 km the city of Olbia (Airport, marine and tourist harbour). 30 km Portorotondo, 45 km Porto Cervo, the two most famous and fashionable resorts of the Smeralda Coast.
ACCOMMODATION: (50 m2) Gr. fl.: panoramic, covered terrace (40 m2) with sea view and well equipped. Living room (TV), kitchen (oven, freezer). Mezzanine gr. fl.: (4 stairs): 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower. Basement floor (under the terrace) with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and access to a small panoramic garden (30 m2) with outdoor shower. Pleasant and comfortable furnishings.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
