Pretty and characteristic 17th century stone-built house that has been recently restored and transformed into six apartments. Situated inside a property of 150 ha and set on the side of a hill (480 m a.s.l) it is surrounded by meadows and woods rich in fauna. Ample and pretty view of the valley and the woodlands. The house is surrounded by meadows and olive trees where you will also find the swimming pool (6x18) (1/6-15/9), gazebo and built-in barbecue which are shared with the other apartments. Sale of organic DOP olive oil. On request : TV free of charge. Access to the house along 1 km of dirt track road.Discount of 20% on books of at least 2 weeks. Telephone for incoming calls at the owner's house (only available in June, July and August).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
