By following the internal roads, which are both panoramic and peaceful, you can easily reach interesting historic centres such as Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the very particular Fonti del Clitunno. Shared: vast outdoor green area equipped with garden furniture, large swimming pool (16x6) (1/6-15/9), sun terrace and laundry room (washing machine). Ideal position for trekking lovers. Access to the house along 500 m of dirt track road. Pleasantly furnished with some antique pieces. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 60 km Trasimeno Lake and Perugia, S. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
