Pretty property of 100 hectares in an elevated and panoramic position immersed in a green setting amidst the hills with olive tree groves, woods and extensive valleys. Our proposal consists of an independent farmhouse and 2 apartments located in a second farmhouse with only 4 apartments and situated 100 m from a third farmhouse where the owners live. Very peaceful position; the property is characterized by a large and relaxing 360º view of the surrounding vegetation. Each apartment has its own outdoor area and may use the shared swimming pool (15x5) with large sun terrace in the olive tree grove. It is possible to go for nice walks. Access to the property along approx. 500 m of dirt track road that is flat and in good condition. Simple but functional and complete furnishings. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: Pornello 3 Km grocery shop, San Venanzo 9 Km with all kinds of shops, the well known old town centers of Orvieto, Todi and Città della Pieve are approx. 35 Km, Perugia 40 Km, the lake of Bolsena (bathing is possible) is 50 Km away.
ACCOMMODATION: (200 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace (satellite TV) and access to a large natural lawn of exclusive use (more than 1000 m2), kitchen (large oven, freezer, washing machine), veranda with table-tennis and table-football, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 large twin bedded room under the eaves with access to a very secluded sun terrace, 2 double bedrooms (one of these is very big, approx. 30m2 with 3 windows), 1 bathroom with bath. 2 moveable beds are available (included in the price).
LOCATION: Pornello 3 Km grocery shop, San Venanzo 9 Km with all kinds of shops, the well known old town centers of Orvieto, Todi and Città della Pieve are approx. 35 Km, Perugia 40 Km, the lake of Bolsena (bathing is possible) is 50 Km away.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
