Apartment with panoramic view, located in the upper part of a villa situated in a unique, dominating position over the sea, on a particularly beautiful stretch of the Tuscan coast. The villa, which dates back to the early 1900s, is situated on the top of a hill and is surrounded by a private park that is shared with the guests of the 4 other apartments that make up the villa. Inside the park is an exclusive reserved area, equipped for outdoor dining. From the villa, by following along a convenient pathway of 400 m and shaded inside by the pine grove, you reach a stretch of the sea with rocky shoreline and pebbles. It is possible to reach a shaded parking area inside the property, located 50 m away, by following along a small street of 700 m. Parking. Simple furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
