Charming seaside house (40 m2), in one of the most uncontaminated areas of S. Vito lo Capo, full of natural Mediterranean vegetation. Very beautiful views over the sea (cliffs). Parking. DISTANCES: 4 km San Vito lo Capo (various shops,beaches where you can hire deck-chairs, surf hire, sailing), 45 km Erice, 55 km Trapani.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with four built-in divan-beds, kitchen corner and access to a partly covered, equipped terrace facing the sea, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple style and basic furniture. Central heating. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
