Modern villa (100 m2) situated in a small context of villas. Views of the greenery and of the sea in the distance. From S. Vito lo Capo begins a stretch of protected coastline (natural reserve of Zingaro) that ends in another very pleasant tourist location, Scopello, characterised by an ancient tunny-fishing net and by beautiful stacks. Peaceful position. Access to the villa by means of an alley which shared with another villa that is completely independent. On the basement ground floor there is a very small apartment with a private outdoor area which is occasionally used by the owner. DISTANCES: 0.8 km from the sea, 1.5 km S. Vito lo Capo (all kinds of shops, small tourist harbour, large beach).
ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with double divan bed and access to the terrace, kitchen (freezer), 1 double bedroom (with air conditioner), 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Large, covered and equipped terrace with sea view. Outdoor shower available. Simple but complete furnishings. Washing machine. 0

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
