Two-storey villa (120 m2) situated on the side of a promontory that overlooks the gulf of Cofano. The sea is approx. 1 km away and is characterized by stretches of beach and rocky cliffs in their natural state. Equipped terrace with sea view. Peaceful position. Parking inside the property for one car. DISTANCES: 0.5 km from a small village (grocery shop), 2.8 km San Vito lo Capo (all kinds of shops, small tourist harbour, beach) one of the most well known tourist locations in western Sicily. Nearby is the natural reserve of Zingaro.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with access onto the terrace (TV) with double divan bed, kitchen (oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom (air conditioner), 1 twin bedded room (air conditioner), 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Outdoor shower available. Simple but functional furnishings.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
