Quinta das Acacias is easy driving to the Batalha Golf course which hosted the Seniors European tour for the PGA in 2008.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). We have many restaurants within a 10 minute drive from us. Ponta Delgada, the capital city (8km from us) is a 15 minute drive with many shops and restaurants. Along your travels around the island you will find many snack bars, restaurants and quaint shops in each village.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The ocean (2.5km) is available for most water sports, swimming in the ocean, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, whale watching. Our location is central on the island, therefore, activities such museums, galleries, canyoning, hikes, biking are easy to access.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
Canceling less than 30 days, payment is returned less 2 nights rent. Canceling more than 30 days, payment is returned less bank charges.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.00 euros.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
