Pool House 4 miles from Siesta Key Beach
This U-shaped ranch-style house wraps around a large lanai with a free-form pool. 40' of glass doors open from the bedrooms, living room and kitchen into the pool area for true indoor/outdoor living. The lanai is surrounded by a tropical garden and an 8' fence for total privacy. It has a fresh, spa-like feel with modern touches. At the house is a binder with maps, menus, theaters, golf courses, entertainment, etc. Siesta Key Beach is a 10 minute drive. There are beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, 2 sets of golf clubs at the house.

    Additional housekeeping can be arranged in advance. Children are allowed, however, almost all rooms open into the pool lanai and pool safety is not provided for.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
