Pool House 4 miles from Siesta Key Beach This U-shaped ranch-style house wraps around a large lanai with a free-form pool. 40' of glass doors open from the bedrooms, living room and kitchen into the pool area for true indoor/outdoor living. The lanai is surrounded by a tropical garden and an 8' fence for total privacy. It has a fresh, spa-like feel with modern touches. At the house is a binder with maps, menus, theaters, golf courses, entertainment, etc. Siesta Key Beach is a 10 minute drive. There are beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, 2 sets of golf clubs at the house. |

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
