Apartment in a two-family villa on the outskirts of Calasetta, a small town on the sea situated in the northern part of the Island of S. Antioco, connected to Sardinia by a bridge. From the port of Calasetta are frequent connections to the nearby Island of S. Pietro. The S. Antioco Island has numerous beaches and inlets, the nearest one is approx. 700 m away. Equipped, fenced-in garden (barbecue and outdoor shower) and pergola equipped for outdoor dining. Parking in the property (2 parking spaces). Parking. DISTANCES: 500 m Calasetta (grocery shops), 700 m beach, 2.5 km all kinds of shops, 10 km S. Antioco, 25 km Carbonia, 90 km Cagliari.
ACCOMMODATION: (110 m2) Gr. fl.: large living/dining room (TV), kitchen corner (oven, freezer), 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower (washing machine). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
