Main apartment (85 m2) in a two-family villa situated on a hillside that faces the gulf of Marinella, which you can enjoy a beautiful of. Private property of approx. 4 hectares that reaches as far as the sea in a context of typical Mediterranean vegetation. The sea is only 300 m as the crow flies and you can walk to it by following along a pathway amidst the olive trees until you reach a small sandy and pebble beach. An internal road passes behind the house, while the apartment lies on the opposite side towards the sea. On the ground floor there is an apartment which is occasionally inhabited by the owner. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.DISTANCES: 1 Km Abi d'oru, important white sand beach (sailing school, surfing, waterskiing, mini-market), 1Km tennis , 3 Km Porto Rotondo (all kinds of shops, tourist harbour), 13 Km Olbia, 25 Km Golf ( Pevero), 30 Km from Porto Cervo.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: large equipped terrace (30 m2) with sea view from where you can access the living/dining room (TV) with divan bed, kitchen (freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with sea view, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with small double bed (120 cm), 1 bathroom with shower. Linen (bed and bath) not provided, but can be rented on site for 25 Euros per person. Reasonably comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
