Villa that has been divided into 3 apartments in the hills that rise above the southern coast of Sardinia. The stretch of coast where the house is located, near Capo Spartivento, is particularly peaceful and is characterised by the Mediterranean shrubbery scattered with fruit trees. The entire area is full of beaches and inlets where you can find peace and quiet even in the most crowded times of the year. Peaceful position. Beautiful broad view that reaches as far as the sea. The house is surrounded by 5,000 m2 of grounds, a part of which is a lawn. Each apartment has an equipped outdoor area (barbecue). Parking. Simple furniture. DISTANCES: 1.2 km from Chia (all kinds of shops), 1.5 km beaches (sandy and rocky), 16 km Pula, 45 km Cagliari.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl.: dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with an additional 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor shower. Laundry room (washing machine). Air conditioning in the living room.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
