Delightful villa built on the side of a pretty hill that descends towards the sea in the very famous area of Costa Smeralda, considered the most prestigious area. The villa is immersed in typical Mediterranean shrubbery and has a garden (300 m2) and equipped patio (50 m2) both in the front and the back. On two sides of the property there are two villas with completely independent entrances that do not deprive the guests of their privacy. Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: The closest beach, that of Portopaglia, is just 1 km away and in a radius of 2 km there are other beautiful beaches such as Pevero bay. 2 km from Porto Cervo (all kinds of shops, tourist harbour, sailing school, tennis courts), 2.5 km the beautiful Gulf of Pevero, 18 km Arzachena, 19 km Porto Rotondo.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the garden where there is a summer kitchen with dining area and built in barbecue, 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two sets of bunk beds more suitable for teenagers, 1 large bathroom with shower (double washbasin, washing machine). Large panoramic rooftop suntrap terrace with view of the Gulf of Pevero (be careful with children). The villa is part of the Costa Smeralda association and therefore has special services such as surveillance, a card for car parks reserved for members (except when all spaces are occupied), medical centre (upon payment.), etc.. In the rental price water consumption up to 9 m3 is inlcuded in the price, beyond this limit consumption must be paid for on the spot. Comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
