Beautiful three-family villa owned by a famous painter. The area is an ideal location for those who want a holiday on the seaside along with the natural beauties of the Gallura. Peaceful position. View of the garden and the surrounding vegetation. Baby bed and extra bed available Euro 25/week/each.

Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.DISTANCES: 200 m the beach of Cala Bitta, 1 km Baia Sardinia (all kinds of shops), 3 km Poltu Quatu (boat and dinghy hire), 4 km Porto Cervo, an exclusive town on the Costa Smeralda, 8 km from the beautiful Pevero Golf, 12 km Palau and the archipelago of the Maddalena (sailing school and Caprera).
ACCOMMODATION: (150 m2) Mezzanine gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace and access to the equipped and covered terrace that is covered on the backside, kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher, TV), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and an additional 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, lumber room (washing machine). Linen is not included, but can be rented on request (to be requested when booking-48 Euro/week).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
