    • OLBIA COSTA SMERALDA Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hour's flight from main European cities. Cottage is located in north-east Sardinia, close to Porto Cervo , just 30 Km. from Olbia Costa Smeralda and 150 km from Alghro Fertilia airport, where many international flights arrive. From many countries, cheaper flights are available, with EasyJet and RyanAir. These airports offer the major car hire companies. Or arrive by ferry from Genova or Livorno or Roma. It is suggested to hire a car, the only way to reach the house is to hire a taxi.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
