It has an external open air kitchen with a large marble table. Four steps in marble lead to the veranda and give access to the living room. In the same floor there is one shower bathroom and two single bedrooms. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom and 2 double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom. Terrace with pool view;. Outside shower, hot and cold water.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25/week each.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
