A private panoramic terraces offers a great view of the sea.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. It is composed by a comfortable living room with double sofa bed, full equipped kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom (king size bed), bathroom, private veranda-garden or panoramic terrace with sea view. Depending on the availability we assign you an apartment with patio-garden or with panoramic terrace. Please let us know in advance which is the type of unit that best suits your tastes, we will try to assign you your first choice. Please enquiry before booking the house.
The apartments are very comfortable and carefully furnished and decorated inside and outside. Public washing machine available, box auto provided, sat TV on request.
A private and lovely swimming pool is also available on site for our guests.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The small village of Lu Bagnu offers all the attractions and facilities of a city centre: restaurants, pizzeria, markets, bars, disco, newspapers, and local stores. It is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation on the sea while enjoying also the facilities and comforts of a small town. The lively city of Castelsardo is just 2 kms far and offers a large choice of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, night clubs and other entertainments and services which suit all your needs.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is fine sand. The large and sandy beach of Lu Bagnu is just 5 minutes from the house.
It is also a very good starting point to visit the famous resorts of Stintino, Capo Caccia and Alghero, all of which are nearby. The airport of Alghero is just 50 kms away and offers a choice of cheap/ low cost flights from all around Europe.
The sea is famous for its sparkling clean water with a scale of colors truly unbelievable. The sea of Castelsardo has been considered one of the best of Sardinia thanks to its water. This is also a well known paradise for a choice of water sports and for scuba lovers.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
