The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hour's flight from main European cities. “Stazzu Lu Malchesi ” is located in north-east Sardinia, close to Arzachena, are just 30 Km. from Olbia Costa Smeralda and 150 km from Alghro Fertilia airport, where many international flights arrive. From many countries, cheaper flights are available, e.g. with EasyJet and RyanAir that arrive these airports. All airports have offices for the major car hire companies e.g. (Stansted ) that arrive in Alghero airport, (Gatwick) with Meridiana to Olbia airport. Or arrive by ferry from Genova or Livorno or Roma.

• Nearby Attractions: This is a beautiful single storey stone farmhouse which has been restored and sits in a wonderful spot in open countryside, and is within driving distance of the Costa Smeralda. The interior has lots of character, with the use of both antique and more rustic furniture. The lounge has a feature fireplace and a TV, the separate kitchen is equipped with an oven and a fridge-freezer. 1 double bedroom has an extra single bed with another separate single bedroom. 1 shower room with WC, washing machine. A cot is available (pre-bookable). There is a large covered terrace area along one side of the building and plenty of shaded spots throughout the large garden.

Next to the property there is a small farm with : cows, pigs, donkeys and three cats.
