Characteristic apartments in a typical Tuscan country house which has been completely renovated and transformed into cosy holiday houses in the high green hills (600 m a.s.l.) in southern Tuscany. The renovation work was carried out with great care and particular attention was given to the original structure. Beautiful, broad views of the valley below and the countryside. Peace and quiet. Shared between the 4 apartments: large grassy areas with natural equipped lawn inside a large property, equipped swimming pool (6.5x13), room with washing machine and sink. Each apartment has a large exclusive outdoor area equipped with barbecue. The apartments have independent entrances. There is a restaurant available inside the structure.Access to the property along 800 m of dirt track road not suitable for sport and low-riding cars. Parking. Comfortable furniture. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
