Nice mansion in the heart of a gorgeous park with a very large pool. Villa has two apartments. Upstairs apartment has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living - sitting room, a kitchen with all appliances. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The whole villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Building is situated inside a large park with pool, sun lounges, and a gorgeous garden, where it is possible to walk, rest and enjoy the fresh air and the sun.
Sarteano rises between the sweet hills of the ancient Etruria at 575 meters above sea level. Sarteano is on the buttress of the Cetona Mount, in a magnificent level ground position. It dominates Chiana Valley, Arezzo’s Valley, and a great part of Umbria.
