This romantic property, intimate and cosy and furnished with traditional Ligurian-Tuscan furniture, can be found in the Ligurian hamlet (not accessible by private cars) that stands above the enchanting Gulf of the poets. Spread out on three floors (approx. 70 m2) offers charming panoramic views, ideal for those who love the perfume of the sea and to share the life of the hamlet. The hamlet has two food shops, a bread shop, a tobacconist's shop and news' agent. Splendid view of the sea. Parking along the street outside of the hamlet.
DISTANCES: 4 km from the sea (rocky shore and beaches) and the town of Lerici. You can easily reach the beautiful towns of Portavenere and Cinque Terre, "Uneso Patrimony", by sea in less than an hour. 10 km Sarzana, 12 km Spezia, 33 km the well known sea resorts of Versilia and the Golf Club of Forte dei Marmi. In an hour you can reach (motorway) Pisa (60 km) with its beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli or the city of Lucca.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance and access by means of seven stone slate stairs to the 1st floor. 1st fl.: kitchen (oven, freezer), living/dining room (TV) with splendid view of the gulf. 2nd fl.: 2 twin bedded rooms (one with view of the gulf). 3rd fl.: (accessed by a small wooden staircase) 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine), access to a small panoramic terrace. Simple furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
