House divided into three independent apartments, located on different levels, situated between the characteristic towns of Stintino and Capo Falcone which dominates over the Pelosa Beach, famous for its crystal clear water. Shared: 2000 m2 of Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds the house on three sides. Barbecue. Outdoor shower with room with washing machine. Linen is not supplied, you can request it at the time of booking, to be paid on the spot. Simple but functional furnishings. Parking. DISTANCES: The old hamlet of Stintino, originally a fishing village, is now one of the most renowned tourist destinations in Sardinia. Opposite the coast, a few hundred meters away, lies the Natural Park of Asinara with countless possibilities of excursions. 200 m from the shuttle bus stop that connects the beach and the town. 250 m from the beaches, 2 km Stintino (all kinds of shops, boat hire, tennis courts, restaurants, diving center, horse riding), 4 km golf course, 30 km Porto Torres, 47 km Sassari, 50 km Alghero, 147 km Olbia.
ACCOMMODATION: (20 m2) Attic (ceiling height 2.40-1.60 m). 1st fl.: one-room apartment with kitchen corner with small dining area, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Access onto a sun terrace with pretty, broad view reaching as far as the sea.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
