Modern villa (120 m2) situated on the north western coast of Sardinia on a hill that descends down towards the sea, 150 m away, which can be reached by means of a pathway. The accommodation is set inside a large residential park guarded with doorman service and day and night surveillance. Splendid view of the inlet below with small sandy beaches broken up by a few rocks. Peace and quiet. Next to the accommodation, on a panoramic terrace, outdoor lounge area equipped with built-in divans. Under a cane canopy is an area equipped for outdoor dining (for 12 people). Parking in a small condominium square in front of the accommodation. Access to the house along 1.4 km of dirt track road in excellent condition. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.DISTANCES: 500 m away is a small commercial centre (restaurant, bar, tobacconists', news' agent, emergency doctor service, small supermarket). 25 km Santa Teresa di Gallura (all kinds of shops and offices), 47 km Palau (with embarkations for the island of Maddalena), 71 km Olbia (airport, harbour), 80 km Porto Torres.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st level: covered parnoramic terrace (12 m2), equipped outdoor living room area, large living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen (freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). 2nd level: 1 double bedroom with terrace and sea view and with bathroom with shower, study, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedded room (beds can be put together, please request when booking), 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Outdoor shower with hot water. Simple and pleasant furnishings. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 10/week/each).. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
