Independent villa (130 m2) situated between the characteristic town of Stintino and the splendid Capo Falcone that rises above the Spiaggia della Pelosa, a beach famous for its crystal-clear water. The old hamlet of Stintino, originally a fishing village, now one of the most renowned tourist destinations in Sardinia. Beautiful view as far as the sea. The house is surrounded by an equipped exclusive garden (300 m2) with swimming pool (5x10) (1/04-15/10). Parking. DISTANCES: In front of the coast, just a few meters away, is the Natural Park of Asinara with numerous possibilities of excursions. 150 m from the bus-shuttle stop that connects the town's beaches. 200 m from the beaches, 2 km Stintino (all kinds of shops, boat hire, tennis court, restaurants, diving centre, horse-riding), 4 km golf course, 30 km Porto Torres, 47 km Sassari, 50 km Alghero, 147 km Olbia.
ACCOMMODATION: The villa is spread out on three levels. 1st level: 1 double bedroom, 2 small bedrooms with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower with massaging water jets, laundry room (washing machine). 2nd level: equipped loggia (10 m2), living room (TV) with double divan bed and access to the garden, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), WC. 3rd level: 1 double bedroom with small panoramic terrace, 1 bathroom with shower with massaging water jets. Air conditioning. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 30/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
