Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
