1 Queen Bed. The bath has an 8'x8' shower room with soaking tub. There's a 12'x32' partially covered view deck.

More Information

Complimentary laundry service provided. 100,000 gallon salt water swimming pool. Playhouse with regulation pool table, dart board, swap library and board games. TV for movies only -- we have over 200 videos. The only exception to the infant policy is for infants who stay in parents bed - they can stay for free. Water traffic is limited to village boats and bamboo rafts, called "bilibilis". There is no commercial traffic or pollution. The Villa is almost 800sq.ft. with an open floor plan.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Savusavu town is 31km away -- 30 minutes by car or taxi.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. On the ocean-front. Complimentary snorkel equipment, including reef boots. Free use of 2-person ocean going sea kayaks. Remote snorkeling, fishing and visit to our two resident pods of Spinner dolphins available for extra charge. Jet boat tours -- small Sea Doo jet boat, two passengers. Fishing in the bay, diving nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
Cancellations within 90 days can be rescheduled within 18 months at full credit.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
