Perched high above the Coconut palms and takes in amazing views of Savusavu Bay, the mountains beyond and the reef below. Here Mother Nature is the star attraction. The house has two levels which offers privacy to each level. There are two thatch shade bures one by the pool and one in the garden with its own hammock, your biggest decision will be whether to enjoy the poolside daybed, the hammock or the sun lounges. Ninety nine stairs wind up the hill to the house so it is not considered suitable for the elderly, although an 88 year old guest was unperturbed by them.

    There are amazing views of Savusavu Bay, the mountains beyond and the reef below. As this bay is a haven for mariners there are normally a number of yachts moored out front. You can often watch as many of the World's super yachts anchor and spend a few days enjoying this true tropical paradise. There are picture post card over water sunsets to enjoy from the pool, deck or even enjoy them from your own bath tub built for two, doesn't get much better..........

    • Savusavu Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. Savusavu is set on Vanua Levu, Fiji's second largest island. It can be accessed by air with either Pacific Sun or Air Fiji. Both offer daily morning and afternoon flights, connecting via Nadi airport, Fiji's international airport. Ferry services are also available via Suva or Lautoka with Bligh Water shipping.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are a number of local restaurants and some resorts offer dining also, depending on availability, prior bookings are required. Savusavu township offers grocery stores, produce and seafood market and handicraft stores.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Swim in the warm tranquil waters of Savusavu with amazing snorkeling straight out front.     • Nearby Attractions: A number of private tour companies offer hiking and biking tours as well as waterfall hikes and village visits. There are a number of dive operations which offer scuba. Hire cars, motor scooters and bicycles are all available in Savusavu township. Visit J Hunter Pearls and see where these amazing oysters are grown and visit their retail store where you can purchase natural black pearls, what a great way to cap off your vacation.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
