Reserved for clients: large lawn at the back with swimming-pool (12x5x max. depth 1.6 m) and tennis court (not a professional one). Parking. DISTANCES: 400 m food shops, bus-stop and public telephone, 3.5 km Scarperia (various shops), 35 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining-room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner and leading onto a large private and equipped lawn, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, WC (washbasin and bidet), store-room (washing machine). All the bedrooms have raised/high windows. Simple style furniture. Telephone for incoming calls only in the apartment on the 1st. fl. Baby-bed available. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
