A farmhouse complex that has been recently restored and is immersed in an oasis of peace and quite; it enjoys panoramic views over the Mugello valley which, with its gently rolling hills, frames the city of Florence. On site services: you can taste the typical dishes of an ancient wine-gastronomic tradition which is famous throughout the world with local wine and produce, quad and mountain bike hire, trekking and mountain bike excursions along marked routes, fishing in the mountain lakes, five-a-side court, volleyball court, game area. Each apartment has its own private and equipped outdoor area and satellite tv. Shared with the other guests: laundry room (washing machine), barbecue, swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-28/9). A further double bedroom with bathroom with shower and own separate entrance is available and to be requested when booking and paid for on the spot. Parking. Simple furniture. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
