Small villa (140 m2) situated among the hills (400 m a.s.l.) that rise from the Mugello valley towards the peaks of the Appennini. Vast view overlooking the valley. Surrounding the accomodation are woodlands, olive groves and meadows, ideal for taking hikes. A terrace and a swimming pool (5x10) are located in the equipped lawn that surrounds the residence. Accessed by means of an electric gate directly from the road with a private avenue of 200 m. Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km from Ponzalla (food shops) 5 km from the characteristic centre of Scarperia (all kinds of shops, Mugnello's race track, golf course) and 35 km from Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: loggia (barbecue), living/dining room with ancient fireplace (satellite TV), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom which also acts as a passageway, 1 twin bedded room (high window), 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine, ironing board). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with armchair bed and small loggia, 1 twin bedded room with access to a large terrace. 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortably furnished with period pieces.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
