This multi-level unit is furnished like an authentic Italian home with a mix of comfortable contemporary pieces and antiques. There is also a large garden with patio furniture. Laundry facilities are available. In addition, the owners live on the premises. Telephone and internet access available for all our guest from the resort office.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The unit is a 10 minute walk to the supermarket where fresh fish and good wine can be purchased for a reasonable price. There are also a wonderful restaurants within a short distance. Although it is only a three minute walk to access the public transit system most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the archaeological sites throughout the area. Sciacca is situated on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily and is one of the oldest towns on the island.
• The site is in fact an oasis of peace with views that stretch for miles across and along the olive groves and pastures of the valley, a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast for miles away on the other side. The beaches, only 3 miles away, have swimming, snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing and panoramic views of the coast for miles. There is also a public thermal swimming pool fifteen minutes away. The area is know for its hyrdomineral resourses.

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
