This unit is on the first floor of the home, it is furnished like an authentic Italian home with a mixture of antiques and contemporary pieces. There is a terrace supplied with patio furniture. 90 sq. mt private garden (lawn + barbeque). Laundry facilities are available. In addition, the owners live on the premises. Telephone and internet access available for all our guest from the resort office.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The unit is a 10 minute walk to the supermarket where fresh fish and good wine can be purchased for a reasonable price. There are also a few wonderful restaurants within a short distance. Although it is only a three minute walk to access the public transit system most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the archaeological sites throughout the area. Sciacca is situated on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily and is one of the oldest towns on the island.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
