• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The estate is about 4 km from the town centre of Sciacca and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 30.000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive-trees.
Within few minutes drive you will find restaurants, pubs, banks, supermarkets, a post office, hair dressers, cinemas, a museum, churches and other visitor attractions. There is an abundance of good, reasonably priced eating establishments in the area. These include pizzerias and restaurants. Anything from the plain and reasonably priced, to the more sophisticated palate are catered for.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The estate is about 4 km from the town centre of Sciacca and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 30.000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive-trees. Our oldest olive tree is about 2,000 years. Within a ten-minute drive you will reach the finest beaches (rocks or sand, as you like).

In the center of Sciacca you can find our public thermal swimming-pool. Sciacca is noted mostly for its Thermal Spa complex.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
