An immaculate, newly refurbished detached country cottage , maintained to a high standard and located beside the owners house.
The property sleeps six people and can be taken by parties of up to seven plus a collapsible cot making 8. Renovated with exposed beams and floor board upstairs. Ground floor consists of a large drawing room with an ample supply of sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area is large, bright and airy with a wooden table that comfortably seats six and direct access onto the terrace through full length glazed door.

The garden in the rear 160 sq.m) is for exclusive use of guests and comes with patio furniture. Sheltered barbecue, perfect for eating out in the shade. A handy shed attached to the house is useful for storing bicycles.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
