Five spacious and cosy holiday apartments obtained from the recent restoration of an ancient farmhouse of particular architectural charm, situated inside a property of 30 ha in southern Umbria, set in a particularly beautiful and absolutely peaceful landscape. The completely stone-built farmhouse is situated on a gentle hill from which you can enjoy a broad view of the countryside and of the pretty woods making up part of the property and where you can go for charming walks. Shared and in a secluded and sunny position is the floodlit swimming pool (14x7) with Roman-style staircase. Each apartment has a reserved outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. At the guests' disposal in an old wood burning oven that has been completely restored and a covered but open structure to be used for outdoor dining. Possibility of a chef on request. Access to the property along a flat dirt track road in excellent condition that runs through the woods. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableDISTANCES: Grocery shops and a cheap but excellent restaurant are just 3 km away in the locality of Schifanoia. 8 km the delightful town of Narni (all kinds of shops and a particularly interesting historic city centre). From the Narni train station it is possible to comfortably reach the centre of Rome (approx. 80 km) in less than an hour, 20 km Terni, San Gemini (hot springs locality), the historic city of Amelia and the Marmore waterfalls, 25 km Lake Piediluco, 40 km Spoleto and Todi, 50 km Orvieto, 70 km Assisi. Lake lovers can reach the lakes of Bolsena, Vico and Bracciano in just about an hour's drive. Also an hour away by car are the very interesting Etruscan areas to the south and to the west of the city of Viterbo.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl. (accessed by a covered terrace of 50 m2 that communicates with the living room): living/dining room (satellite TV) with divan bed with two single beds and kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
