During June 24 - September 4 check in/check out is Sunday to Sunday only. One week minimum unless space is available on a last minute special. Booking must be made by adults minimum 25 years old. Children welcome but must be accompanied by adults.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses all within a half hour drive of Saratoga Resort.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The townhouse is only one block to local shopping.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. Townhouse is waterfront. It is only a few steps down to the beautiful beach !!! There is a private dock for one boat or water craft.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
