The community borders two Championship Golf Courses which are within walking distance. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful along the 26 miles of walking and biking paths.

There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 125.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
