Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 125.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $40.00 per day and/or $280.00 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
