Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
Heating and Air Conditioning fees up to a total of $150/month are included in the rent. Charges above this amount will come out of the damage deposit. Damage Deposit will be fully refundable (less any necessary damage or fee charges) within 0-40 days of departure. Lost House or Garage or Pool Key 75.00

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 7:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
