It is a very secluded lot with very few neighbors. The 1.5 acre lot is landscaped with hundreds of the cacti, palm trees, citrus trees, and flowering desert plants that make Arizona such a beautiful place to visit.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
