Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $200.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
