Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. View of pool and desert/natural area. 15' high ceilings; spacious feeling and size room; Mexican tile floors; cheerful Mexican style furnishings and decor. It has a large bathroom and a large walk-in closet. There is an entrance to the pool/spa area from this room.

Bedroom

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). View of 36' high saguaro cactus. 15' high ceiling; Mexican tile floor; aura of the old west with cowboy style furnishings and decor. It has it's own bathroom.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room is designed to allow privacy from the rest of the house with an additional separate entrance. 15' ceilings complement the spaciousness; Mexican tile floor. The Indian theme used in the furnishing and decor enhance the earth and sky sense. This room has its own bathroom.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 3 has bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

View

Viewing from the entertainment room is enhanced by 7' tall windows from one end to the other. The view is out through the wide portales (overhang) across the pool into the lush sonoran desert. A distant range of mountains may be seen. This natural area is large and the saguaros grow abundantly. Wild life such as quail, owls, hawks, coyotes and javelinas can be seen there. The viewing angle is west so the sunsets are spectacular color displays.

More Information

The entertainment room has 20' high ceilings and surround sound. Speakers are located outside also. The cable TV has approximately 100 channels. All hot water outlets provide instantaneous hot water(no waiting). The house is provided with a security system.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Violation of no smoking/no pets rule will result in a detoxification charge equal to two nights rent.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
