    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
    A $1,000 security deposit is required to hold the unit. The first month's rent plus $225 non-refundable cleaning deposit is due 15 days prior to check-in. Additional month's rental is due on ageed upon date. The tenant will be billed by the owner for long-distance and other additional phone charges (directory assistance, etc), cable ($40.16 per month), and electricity (varies with use). The Racquet Club complex does not allow rentals of less than one month.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
