Luxurious home with a private heated salt water pool in North Scottsdale! Located close to many golf courses, Troon North, Tatum Ranch, Boulders, Fire Rock, Desert Ridge! Circular driveway. This home has a 52" flat screen TV satellite TV, DVD with stereo, and speakers outside the pool area and throughout the house. All four bedrooms are also wired with satellite TV. A billiard table in the family room. The master bedroom has a King size antique Opium Bed and an 8 foot sliding door, leading out to the pool. The master bathroom has a huge marble soaking tub.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 400.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
