Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Customary deposit is 50% of the total fee sent to owner at time of booking. The remainder balance will usually be due 21 days before arrival.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 175.00 will apply. A fee of $25.00 per month will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 30 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
