Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 1000 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
