Because the owner's criteria are set for all seasons (high and low) and lengths of stay, there is always the possibility that the Owner has not anticipated a scenario that does not work for them. Some owners will discount further if the guest is prepared to do their own housekeeping and/or bring their own linens. Longer stays may not qualify for the low rate on all of the nights.

Because all participating owners pre-set the percentage discount and advanced days, and because some of those same owners also lower their rates prior to the beginning of the offer, it is possible that the resulting discount will not be approved by the owner.
