View

Unit has magnificent view of Indian River Lagoon and Pelican Island (first wild life refuge designated by President Teddy Roosevelt). The property overlooks a pristine rookery and boat dock with boat slips. Seating is provided at the dock for pleasant viewing of boat traffic, dolphins, manatees and the island spoils dotting the waterscape.

More Information

Early Bird Special: Booking deposit received by October 30th, 2009 will result in a guaranteed monthly rental rate of $1800.00/minimum 3 month rental. Tax Exemption Special: All bookings of unit for a minimum of 4 months or longer, owner will pay the Florida sales/tourist tax which is approximately 11 percent.

• Orlando International Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Take the Bee Line Express Lane heading West to Cocoa Beach. Catch I-95 heading South for about 50 miles to the Sebastian/Fellsmer exit and head West on Hwy 512 to Coastal Hwy 1. Turn right at light and head South another 3 miles and turn left at the first light at the entrance into Reflection on the River. We're located in the Cardinal bldg next to the pool and waterfront.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 15 boats.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
