    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 per hour. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of No cleaning fee will be charged may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
